subway stations convenience stores extra amenities
the hotel is near several subway stations and convenience stores, so it was perfect. the location is great if you want to be somewhat central, in a walkable neighborhood (it isn't chaotic like ginza). tons of extra amenities were available at reception (i was actually surprised).
i found hairs on the bathroom wall, made me question the overall cleanliness. the light was quite dim, potentially hiding other issues (i hope they address this).

convenient location free ice cream weird smell small flight
The location proved convenient. It was close to the metro and the main station. FREE ice cream in the afternoon WAS appreciated. The room had everything I needed.
The elevators smelled weird and strong. Access to the lobby with luggage involved going down a small flight of stairs. This proved challenging.

Wonderful stay at great location

warm hospitality needed amenities
First, the staff was amazing. I did expect warm hospitality, and the team was attentive. The location is central and easily accessible to metro lines. The room was clean, and it had needed amenities.
The room doors sound heavy when they shut. The layout could become better even if space is limited. It would improve the experience.
Rooms

My room included a comfortable bed, and a compact desk. The bathroom had standard fixtures. The air conditioning worked effectively, and I did control it easily.

helpful staff great location smelly lift ground floor
The location was great and close to stations. The staff was very helpful, cleaners and receptionists (everyone was kind). It was my third stay at this hotel.
The reception is on a lower floor to the ground level, i had to carry my luggage down. The lift was a bit musky and smelly (it wasn't pleasant at all).

some issues encountered

small room unopenable window
the room size was a real issue. barely any space existed for my suitcase, i had to close it every time i needed to move around. the window was also a letdown. it couldn't be opened at all, disappointing.
