My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is superb, just a few blocks from Ningyocho Station and with easy access to restaurants and tourist sites. The rooms were a bit narrow, but that's pretty common in Japan. The service was amazing - the staff at the front desk, Saibo, was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Dining at the hotel restaurant was a great experience with excellent quality at a reasonable price. I was impressed by the convenience of the location, making it easy to explore Tokyo. However, the connecting room was very small, which was a drawback. Overall, a great value for money!

The hotel is nice and clean, though a little bit small if you are traveling with a large case, but very convenient being near the train station. The rooms were kept very clean and even had a smartphone with a 4G connection to use for free during the stay. The service was amazing-helpful, friendly, and professional, even letting me check in a little earlier than the stated check-in time and providing a paper with instructions on air conditioning usage. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, subway stations, and other tourist sites. The dining experience was good, especially at the hotel restaurant for just 950 yen. Overall, a relatively convenience place in a good, quiet location, not too far from Tokyo Station.
